Lift & Level FAQ

PolyLevel® Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to common questions we get from homeowners about lifting and leveling sunken concrete with PolyLevel®.

Is PolyLevel® expensive?

PolyLevel® is cost-effective because it offers a solution that is long-lasting, unlike mudjacking and slab replacement. And your concrete will never cost less to repair than it does right now.

How long will it take to install the product?

Typically, we can have your concrete lifted back into place in less than a day; however, this is something your System Design Specialist will discuss with you when designing your project.

How soon can I use my driveway/patio/pool deck/sidewalk?

PolyLevel® cures very quickly. In fact, you can drive your car over a driveway slab just 15 minutes after it’s been lifted.

Is PolyLevel® environmentally friendly?

Yes! It’s made from an environmentally friendly material that is waterproof and won’t degrade over time. This means it won’t leach harmful chemicals into the surrounding soil.

Can I get PolyLevel® from another contractor?

No. This is a proprietary product developed by Supportworks, and is available exclusively from Baird Foundation Repair and other concrete repair contractors in the Supportworks network.

I want to lift and level my concrete. What’s the next step?

Call or click for an appointment. One of our design specialists will come to your home and inspect your concrete. He or she will then sit down with you and explain what caused your issues, how they can be fixed, and exactly what it will cost.
